Not quite what I expected. Definitely a different type of character for Tom Cruise. I didn't like the ending. Seemed (both funny, ironic, and) a bit off. Kept expecting something else to happen. Even when it didn't. Wondered, "where's the rest?" But I was surprised by the ending and interested in the events going on until then. So I guess this was pretty decent. Not your average crime thriller. Not the best, but worth watching.Labels: dvd

I thought it was a great movie and I was also disappointed in the very end. After all that, couldn't they have come up with a bit of a clever ending? Oh well. It was worth watching twice.
It was that cheater ending. You know where they end the movie with the good guy triumphant, but in reality the good guy would have to endure much in the way of explanations and investigations, etc. rather than just walk off into the sunrise with the girl of his dreams. It was nice that Tom Cruise wasn't "that guy" that he plays in every other movie he does.
yeah you know i wasnt thrilled with the ending but the rest of the movie hooked me so well that i wasnt all that upset!
